Ingredients

Bahan A

  • 12 biji Cili merah (dibasuh & dipotong2 1”)
  • Segenggam Cili padi (ikut tahap kepedasan masing2)
  • 50gm minyak
  • 1-2 biji tomato🍅
  • 1 Bawang besar merah (potong 8)
  • 5 Bawang merah
  • 3 bawang putih
  • Belacan

 

Bahan B

  • Gula (optional sbb bawang dh manis)
  • 1 tsp homemade chic stok (powder)
  • Garam sekucup rasa
Instructions
  • Add in
  1. Masukkan BAHAN A dlm mixing bowl & masukkan minyak .. saute for 10mins 120c sp1
  2. Masukkan Bahan B.. 10sec reverse sp 5.. ikut nk texture mcmana.. jika suka halus ulang proses ni
  3. Cook for another 15mins varoma rev sp1.5 ( MC OFF ..letak SPALSHING GUARD) hingga naik minyak.. jika x naik minyak tambah masa
